The not-so fine print: All SLA times are monday-friday 9-5pm, excluded national holidays. All software and hardware costs are additional. Annual commitment required for all service plans. Plans can be upgraded at anytime but term length will renew for 12 months. Credit card or ACH auto-billing required. All business service plans will be quoted on a per client basis. Plan will auto-renew at the end of term unless cancelled prior to renewal date. ​
